Becky Holt, known as the woman with the most tattoos in Britain, shared how she handles the insensitive comments from people who judge her appearance. Hailing from Poynton, Cheshire, Becky has an impressive 95% of her body covered in tattoos, with detailed designs gracing her face, armpits, and intimate areas – amounting to a jaw-dropping £35,000 investment in ink. Despite facing criticism, Becky remains confident and proudly embraces her unique body art.

The self-proclaimed most tattooed woman in Britain has revealed how strangers are 'really rude' about her appearance and how she is forced to ignore cruel remarks from passersby who think she is 'thuggish'

A British woman, known for having the highest number of tattoos in the country, recently opened up about the rude remarks she often receives from people about her appearance. She frequently encounters strangers who view her as “tough” or “aggressive,” forcing her to shrug off their unkind comments.

Becky Holt, 33, from Poynton, Cheshire, has 95 per cent of her skin is covered in tattoos, including her face, arm pits and 'intimate area' which are worth a whopping £35,000

Becky Holt, a 33-year-old woman from Poynton, Cheshire, is known for her extensive tattoo collection that covers almost her entire body. From her face to her arm pits, and even her most intimate areas, Becky’s tattoos are worth an impressive £35,000. Despite her love for body art, Becky has often faced harsh judgment and assumptions because of her heavily tattooed appearance. In a recent television social experiment, Becky decided to cover up all her tattoos to see how people would react. To her surprise, she noticed a significant change in how people treated her when she appeared tattoo-free. People seemed more willing to offer help and assistance, which was a stark contrast to the rude behavior she sometimes encountered when her tattoos were visible. Becky believes that some individuals perceive tattoos as intimidating and associate them with a specific stereotype. This leads to negative assumptions about her personality and character based solely on her body art.

The ex-model turned interior designer is covered in various tattoos, and she frequently deals with people assuming things about her solely based on her inked-up look.

Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning today, she revealed her first tattoo was her boyfriend's name on her crotch when she was only 15.

Becky said she doesn't want to cover more of her face as it will 'ruin the aesthetic'

During her interview on This Morning with hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, she revealed that her very first tattoo at the young age of 15 was her then-boyfriend’s name inked on her lower abdomen. She candidly shared her frustration with those who criticize her tattoo choices, emphasizing that her body is her own and she isn’t fazed by others’ opinions. For years, she kept her tattoos under wraps until she hit 22, when she decided to boldly display more edgy body art. She admitted that getting a tattoo in her armpit was the most excruciating for her, and even went as far as having tattoos in more intimate areas, describing the process as simultaneously dreadful and endurable.

Discussing a social experiment for TV where she covered all her tattoos up, Becky said that people were 'more inclined to help her' when she appeared with ink

On a recent TV show, Becky talked about a social experiment where she decided to hide all her tattoos. She found that people were more willing to offer assistance when her tattoos were not visible. Despite this, Becky still has a deep love for tattoos, seeing them as a form of displaying art and commitment. Her first significant tattoo was of Ganesh on her thigh, but it remained concealed. Gradually, she added more tattoos on her legs and arms, with one of her favorites being a design inspired by the movie Labyrinth covering her entire leg.

Until she was 22 all of the tats where hidden but after a while she decided to be bolder with her body art, she told Holly and Phil today

When she was 22, all of her tattoos were concealed from sight. But as time went on, she decided to embrace more daring body art. Today, during an interview with Holly and Phil, she shared, “I have tattoos honoring my parents, my sister, and I have plans to get one for my daughter once I am able to return to the studio post childbirth. Some of my tattoos don’t have a specific significance.” While her friends and family now support her tattoo choices, this wasn’t always the case. Looking back, she remembered how angry her parents were when they discovered her first tattoo at the age of 15. Initially hidden, the ink was revealed one day while she was doing chores, and her parents disliked it so much that they paid to have it covered with flower tattoos.

Before: Becky is almost unrecognisable as she is pictured as a teenager before she had tattoos covering her body

Following a major makeover, Becky appears completely transformed from her teenage years with tattoos now covering her forehead and the side of her face. Despite her new look, she has made a decision to refrain from getting any more facial tattoos. “I got my first face tattoo about five years ago because I had no more space left on my body and always wanted more,” she shared. “I used to say that I wouldn’t ink my hands, throat, or face because I preferred them to be covered by clothing. However, my love for tattoos became so strong that I eventually thought, ‘Why not?’ since I already have so many tattoos.”

While her friends and family are supportive of the tattoos now, her parents 'went mad' when they spotted the first one, when she was only 15. She is pictured on holiday last year

Despite her parents’ initial disapproval of her tattoos when she got her first one at 15, Becky now has the full support of her friends and family. Last year, she mentioned that she wouldn’t be getting any more facial tattoos as it could impact her overall appearance. Becky recently became a mother to her daughter, Aurora Forrest Holt, born in December. She’s open to the idea of Aurora getting tattoos in the future and is willing to take her to the best tattoo artist in the UK for high-quality ink. Becky also praised the evolving tattoo art scene in the UK, highlighting the talent and diversity present in today’s tattoo shops.
